The basic span of the HR is quite wide. If we begin at recruitment, it further goes on with training and development, performance measurement, manpower assessment, competency mapping, customized training, etc. For a line executive in HR development, the activity is practically endless.
As for us, our services definitely preclude recruitment but it does include manpower assessment [Synopsis 04], [Synopses 06 a to f], [Synopsis 10]; it also precludes generalized training but certainly includes customized one [Synopsis 07]; we haven't formally involved ourselves with succession planning of the people yet but have rated them and precisely evaluated their jobs [Synopsis 01].
