This study was about manpower assessment of ISARC's H.O. at Mumbai.
Though this office is termed as H.O., its nature of activities is rather functional and corporate portfolio is intermixed to an extent. However, Sconindia had remained within the scope of conducting manpower assessment study on 'as-is' basis and not delved upon do's & don'ts of corporate office. Accordingly, the specific observations and remarks were incorporated under each department in this report.
Apart from over 13% improvement what were even more significant were the interdepartmental constructive changes that could be spotted in the H.O. Manning.
*The company comes under C. K. Birla group, the officials of which were coordinating for the other assignments too which come under M. P. Birla banner and thus listed here together.'
